At your age you are keeping fairly fit. I still advises you to give up smoking completely, and to reduce your drinks to two per day. The effects of smoking and drinking build up slowly and will suddenly manifest itself in the form of some ailment. Sadly most of these illness tend to have long term ramifications and therefore long term treatment. In that case you will be pumping your system with a lot of chemicals and at yoru age you may develop unnecessary complications. Your unconscious mind can deceive you that you have done well so long and you need not be concerned until something comes up. That deception can become your ruin. Don't wait till you develop irreparable damage.
