I have gained around 9 kgs in 6 months period. I ate more no. Of cakes and pizzas during that 6 months. Now since 3 weeks am having severe foot pain and burning sensation in foot, more at night times. Is it becoz of over weight or any other problem. Which diet is best for weight loss?
