I have been taking tab "teneliglip m 20/500 mg" for one year. Yesterday I vomited three times @ midnight, say early morning 2 am or so. At the 3rd time, I vomited also the tab "teneliglip-m 20/500 mg in its full form which I had consumed nearly 5 to 6 hrs back. It was not dissolved in the stomach. My question is whether the tablet I took is genuine or duplicate, because even after 5 to 6 hrs the tablet was vomited in its full form? Can I continue to take the tablet from the same strip/batch? Please clarify.

Nothing to be worried about. Many times the outer cover of the tablet comes out in the stool. The same thing might be happening here; the only difference is that it?s coming out in vomitus.
