I drink 3 and 1/2 ltrs water every day. Since last two months I do not feel so much pressure as earlier to urinate. But last 2 weeks my urine is yellow all the time and I observed that my urine output is also reduced than earlier. Another symptom is itching in my foot. Is there any problem due to excess vitamin b2 (riboflavin) as I eat horlicks last two years everyday morning. But last 6 months I don't eat horlicks or other problem kindly help.
