I am 19 y/o, male and my right knee mri states that, Mr. findings are suggestive of signal alteration of the acl with focal degeneration in the posterior horn of medial medial meniscus with mild synovial effusion. The background of the injury is that I got this injury in the year 2015 while playing football and even after getting conservative physiotherapy done for almost one and a half year I haven't seen any difference in my knee pain, instability and discomfort.

A knee arthroscopy, would help in further diagnosis, and if the surgeon feels that the acl is torn, you can go ahead with it's reconstruction.
