Assume my stools are not completely evacuated for a given day .do stools mix with food if food is taken while some still is still inside you?

No there is no problem. As digestion happens in the stomach. In small intestine minerals nutrients, carbohydrates protein n fats are absorbed. And in large intestine water is absorbed. Then the left over is stool which enters the rectum. Do stools from the rectum cannot go back to stomach.
