Hello, I have left abdominal discomfort and inability to pass stool fully and then tightness in left chest and shortness of breath and doctor advised me to take cbc test, I provided cbc results below. All are in normal levels except these three. Mch, mchc, lymphocytes. Should I need to be worried? I don't have blood and mucus in stool. I took prepro ibs and librax for 15 days before cbc test (i don't have symptoms like abdominal discomfort while taking prepro ibs and librax except chest tightness and shortness of breath) cbc, platelets & diff, blood white blood cell count 7.0 4.0 - 10.0 thou/l red blood cell count 4.56 4.5 - 5.5 mil/l hemoglobin 15.3 13.0 - 17.0 g/dl hematocrit 42.8 40 - 50 % mean corpuscular volume 94.0 83 - 101 fl mean corpuscular hemoglobin 33.5 high 27.0 - 32.0 pg mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration 35.7 high 31.5 - 34.5 g/dl mean platelet volume 6.9 6.8 - 10.9 fl red cell distribution width 13.8 11.6 - 14.0 % neutrophil 43 40 - 80 % lymphocytes 47 high 20 - 40 % monocyte 8 2 - 10 % eosinophil 2 1 - 6 % platelet count 320 150 - 410 thou/l erythro sedimentation rate, blood sedimentation rate (esr) 02 0 - 14 mm at 1 hr.
