I have had some serious setbacks in office/career and due to this have totally lost the urge to go to office. Since last few days I am feeling very listless and dizzy. Normally I have high bp and have been taking medicine since last 10 years. But now it?s fluctuating and going low too since last week. Don?t feel like talking with anybody, or doing anywhere. Zero energy levels and a generally low feeling all the time. Can not concentrate or focus. Feeling anxiety most of the time. Should I consult a psychiatrist or a psychologist?
