My mother is getting lower abdominal pain starting from left side to all over including thighs and back, but only in night, during pain if she passes urine she gets little bleeding and white discharge, but next morning there will no pain and no bleeding till the time she gets pain again. She is now 55 years old and her menstrual cycle has not stopped though it is effected from 7 years, some times on-off or less bleeding happened, we have done an ultrasound as well astvs for her where her endometrium measures are 8.5. kindly suggest what can be done?
