I don't eat much food and also do not feel hungry often but still, I'm gaining weight. Please suggest me something for that.

Regularise meal patterns along with nutrient-rich food. Add plenty of fibre (salads, fruits and whole grain) 4/5 meals pattern works wonder by increasing metabolic rate and helps to weight loss. Breakfast, mid. Morning snack, lunch, eve. Snack, Dinner, Avoid maida products, bakery food, chinese food, sweets and fried food.
