Hello Sir/mam, I am an it professional, working in night shift from last 8 years, earlier I use to be in 60-70 kg weight, my height is 5"7 ft, after my marriage I have started gaining, in just 1.5 years I am now I'm at 102 from 85 kg - having this figure 102-105 kg. Just to maintain and reduce fat, I have started walk for 2 km each day but at other side I am worried what else needs to be done to reduce weight, can I go for any liposuction surgery or any surgery in orders to reduce fat. Because I am unable to reduce even after moderate exercise. Pn: I am also working on my eating habits, but still no result.
