Hi, Every day when I get up my mind is not fresh. And my day gets wasted and to prepare for need we should be fresh. What things can I do? To make my mind fresh.

Hello User, Don't worry about it. Do some yoga, pranayam, meditation and exercise after waking up. Drink 2 glass of water with lemon everyday after waking up. Read good positive books before sleep at night. You will fine soon.
