Hello doc, I want to know that what are best ways to use creatine monohydrate during loading phase to maximise muscle gains? I am doing intermittent fasting from 1 pm-9 pm and my workout ends at 8 am. Can I get the best results if I take it water during loading phase as it?s written on the back of the jar?

Hello Lybrate-User, During loading phase you can consume 5gm of creatine three times a day with water. You must consume sufficient water if you are taking suppements as it will prevent you from dehydration.
