I am 37 years old female. Having upper abdominal pain for last 20 days on both sides. Mostly after meals and after waking up. More on left side. Doctor prescribed ranitidine oral tablet once a day. Pain worsened so did usg, hepatomegaly noted, rest all was normal. Blood tests are all normal, lft, amylase, differential count all normal. What could be the cause?
