To loose weight avoid fatty and fried foods and excess sugars in the form of cold drinks and preserved juices.Include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels.Have lots of vegetables and fruits.do exercise for atleast 30 to 40 minutes. For gas problem you can have in 1 glass of water add inch grated ginger, 1 spoon ajwain and 1 tsp turmeric powder mix well all the ingredients and drink.
