Usg of whole abdomen (screening) liver - normal in size 118 mm, parenchymal echotexture is grossly increased. No focal lesion seen. Ihbr not dilated. It is normal. Portal vein is normal. Gross fatty changes in liver. What does above mean?

It means your liver is fatty. Simple as that. Iether your diet is very rich or you are drinking more than your permissible levels. Get a lipid profile done. And cut down on alcohol start exercising. Some unlucky people may get it just like that.
