Hello Madam, Actually I am a regular gym goer and I want to pack on muscle mass but in lean form. I consume chicken breast, whey protein shakes, egg whites, fruits and vegetables including oats. Now my question is will vegetable juice intake help in protein synthesis or muscle building as I take juice containing one big carrot, half cucumber and few beetroot slices. I regularly take the juice early morning before taking breakfast containing 7 egg whites+ brown bread + lemon and ginger tea. Please suggest extra diet plan so that I achieve maximum results in terms of muscle weight.
