I have noticed that from last 1-2 months my right hand makes a lot of cracking noise evertime I close my fist. The noise comes from 3-4 different areas every time I open-close-open-close my fist (in my fingers and knuckles) noise come only when I close my fist with a bit of a pressure on it. No pain or anything else is it some deficiency or anything? Please suggest any medicine or remedy.
