Sir/maam, Since I've started wearing boxer shorts I feel very much comfortable and muscles are also growing. Due to increased testosterone levels. But I feel some irritation feeling inside my testes like thodi si jalan si ho raahi hai. What might be the cause? My boxer is of cotton good quality.

You feel some irritation inside your testis. I advise you to wear tight underwear, take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Follow this and be happy.
