I am 35 years old. Few months I discovered that I have congenital heart disease by echo cardiogram test. There is some problem in right ventricle. I don't feel any pain or so. Do I have to go for surgery to block that hole which had been discovered?

Pain part does not decide anything. Cardiologist who can examine you and can see reports can suggest you.
