Hi, I had a anal fistula surgery on it 22.01.2019 but till now wound does not healing and outer part fistula is filled with healthy tissue but inner part of fistula not filled healthy tissue till now as nd discharge some pus continuously I have talked with my doctor he said ok no problem. Is any problem with this condition.

It shows that your fistula has not healed properly and most likely it is a case of recurrence of anal fistula. Please get an mri fistulogram done and consult an ano rectal specialist.
