My current weight is 77 kgs and height is 172 cm so according to bmi I come under obsessed category so what should I do to reduce my belly fat and I am wishing to have a body close to zero fat.

You cannot have zero fat in the body. Fat is essential in many body functions right from your hormones being in place, to vitamin absorption and organ support. Minimum 20 to 25% fat is required in the body. You need to start eating a healthy diet customised as per your age, weight, lifestyle and activity. Also some exercise needs to be introduced in your schedule depending weight loss requirements and health goal.
