I want a athletic physique. My height is 5'4 and weight is 62. Many people suggest me some supplements but I want to make it natural. So any nutritionist or any dietitian will help to achieve athletic physique. I tried many things but my weight doesn't increase suggest me something.

For athletic physique you need to work for that. Do weight training/strength training at gym. Do it at least twice n at most 3 times a week with a day in between 2 work outs. Do for a maximum of 60 minutes. Take care of your pre n post workout meal. They are very important in achieving results. For more details consult online.
