A carcinoembryonic antigen (cea) test is a blood test used to help diagnose and manage certain types of cancers. The cea test is used especially for cancers of the large intestine and rectum. It may also mean that the cancer has spread to other parts of your body the normal range is <2.5 ng/ml in an adult non-smoker and <5.0 ng/ml in a smoker. Your uncle's report seem to be fine.
