I am vitamin b12 deficient. I have started veggies and fruits. Is there any time for eating fruits? What fruits veggies should I include?

U can take fruits and veggies but for b12 u should take nonveg or if not possible then milk and milk products

Vitamin B12 from plant sources are very less... It's good sources are eggs, milk and milk products.
