I am a lady aged 47 and weighing 101 kg. I started walking a few days ago and my knee started to pain very badly. Before the walk I was able to comfortably sit on the floor, climb and get down stairs. But now it has become very painful. I went to an orthopedic and he asked me to take 4 tablets for 12 days- zyloric, cartipil, omnacortil -5 and ultracet semi. I took the tablets but the pain is not easing. Kindly suggest a remedy.
