I had cough, cold, blocked nose muscle ache earlier but no fever. I consulted a local ayurveda practitioner, (first time with him, tger regular vaidya is not available from last 4 days) since yesterday I am taking 2 tablets of giloy ghanvati and shatavari kalpa with 2 glass of milk, svarna vasant malti 1 tablet mashed and sitopaladi churna with 1tbsp honey. Yesterday night was my first dose. From today morning I am experiencing loose motions. Is that due to the given medication or something else?

no, its not because of medicine. might be due to 2glass milk consumption. stop it and take kutajghan vati
