Meri sleep bohot paki hai me koe physical work nahi krta hu and late night tak mujhe nind nahi aati rat k 2-3 baje tak jagta hu and morning me late 10.30-11 ho jate hai and mujhe alaram or koe sound ya kisi k butane se bhi nind nahi khulti so me kya kru apni week point ko break krne me? Please help me.

Sleep is generally a habit. If you want to correct it change your sleeping time. Before sleep drink luke warm water and walk for at least 10-15 min. After that few more thing which you follow in your dily routine and you can change to your weakness. Further medicine is also helpful.
