My age is 39 years I?m living Gurgaon. 3 years back shifted here. Past few days feeling weakness specifically left hand feels very week. Feels depression, also. Don?t know because of cold my whole body inner body feels like something like. My vitamin d level is 16.9 last years took test because of my back pain. Now my worry is feels weakness specifically left hand. Pains comes if I do r hold long time. Kindly advise what to do?

You are vit d deficiet. You need to also check your b12 and hb level. If you are vegeterian than b12 level may be lower. Without rule out route cause it is not wise to suggest you anything.
