Hi doctor I am 42 years male I have been having high bp and arterial fibrillation I am taking cilamet xl 10/50 morning and evening and rozavel a 10/75 once a day and zapiz 0.5 once a day. My bp under control with the medicines. I had two instances of a-fib in past 3 three years. My sugar levels, cholesterol levels and liver and kidney function and thyroid levels are all normal. I had an angiogram in 2016 oct which was normal. I have been having a decrease in libido since the past three years I get weak erections during sex and also end up ejaculating within 1 minute can you please suggest me some medication that would improve my erection and premature ejaculations which are safe to take with my condition.
