Got a paralytic stroke on 05 may 2014, i.E right side hand and legs and couldn't speak but almost recovered, can talk fluently, as well as walk and run but still unable to hold things with right hand ie. Unable to grip things, kindly suggest

Physiotherapy and repetition is the only way to gain muscle power. No meds work ,u should be taking medicines to control the risk factors like bp , diabetes , a.Fib etc. Either aspirin or clopidogrel should be taken
