I wake up at 7 am in the morning. Then I teach my students in two batches. Then I take my bath and used to go to my school at 11: 30 am .after school, I have another batch of students. Finally I return home at 5: 30 pm to 6: 00 pm. Then I do my study complete. I used to take my diner at 9: 00 pm. Then I study again for 1 or 2 hours. Finally I go to my bed between 11 pm to 12 am. I skipped my food here. But I usually do not eat spicy food regularly and I eat a lots of vegetable. Age 24 years. Weight 60 kg. Need a diet chart. Want to loss 10 kg of my body weight.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
