Since your prostate is grossly enlarged you need to add dutasteride also. You can take silodal d once daily in stead of plain maxflow. Dutasteride decrease the size of prostate. This advise to me by doc urologist Dr. Amit tuli ,since in pakistan above advise drug is not available, I found cap. Avodart.0.5 mg this has dutasteride, I want know I have to take cap. Mexflow.05. Mg as well, or I should stop mexflow? I am 67 years old male prostate enlargement size 141 gems shown on ultrasound, please help thanks syed shahzad pakistan.
