Hello- in general, a diagnosis of low testosterone is made if a man's hormone level is below 300 ng/dl. Normal range is considered 500-1000 ng/dl. A low testosterone level can affect both your quality of life and your health. It can cause fatigue, erectile dysfunction, depression and other emotional issues, insomnia, poor concentration, decreased bone density, and increase in body fat. Fortunately, ayurvedic aphrodisiac herbs and some simple lifestyle and dietary changes can help boost your testosterone level naturally.
