I am mother of 28 months old baby boy I had cesarean delivery m facing back pain problem since my pregnancy but after delivery it's like unbearable pain it's hav been 28 months now but the pain is still same I can't stand at one place more then 8-10 min I can't sit in one position for more then 10 min infact I can't sleep in one side I have heard everyone that having back pain while standing or sitting or sleeping but m facing back pain in every situation m a housewife and it's very difficult for me to run a home and baby with such a killing pain I always used to intake pain killers but it did effect on my monthly cycle so I quit I tried massages milk nd many more remedies tablets but all are just temporary I did x-ray there is no gap no fracture there is nothing. M not only suffering from back pain but body pain too I get tired too quickly I want rest in 15 15 mins m afraid of walking because I can't do it will pain me aloy every night on bed I face a lot of leg pain I go to on bed around 1 am but I sleep around 4 or 5 am I always tried ma best to sleep but I can't. Lack of sleep I used to wakeup around 11. 30 am bcz I sleep so late please help me let me know what can I do for my back pain body pain n my sleep problem I was 90 when I got engaged then 100 on time of marriage 104 in 1st month of pregnancy 105 in 9th month of pregnancy now m 116 kg after 2 years of delivery I don't have sugar I don't have thyroid I used to get these checked in 3 3 months I tried to many things to loose ma weight but nothing is helpful. Day by day m gtng depression bcz of my personality bcz of my health issues m here just for my baby n husband I want to live healthy n happy with them please help.
