My daughter having cold and cough since 7 months, now she is taking levolin inhaler when it attacks, in these time not take more foods, so that she is weight loss, nose she is 1.8 years and weight is 8.5 kg, just clarify me which foods / powder I will give now and which medicine is preventive for attack cold cough.

Dear Lybrate user, a "cough" lasting for more than month, usually means either infection of lower respiratory tract or allergy. Kindly contact an experienced pediatrician for diagnosis of cause of cough. Levolin (salbutamol) inhaler can be used as advised in sos situations but it cannot be a treatment medicine. Meanwhile please avoid sudden temperature changes, pollution. Wishing your daughter a speedy recovery.
