Hello, I have Piles, Its not always painful but from past 15 days Im taking medicines to cure it (Abhayarishta, arshkuthar, dabur pilochek) twice daily but from past two days Im experiencing painful discharge with lots of blood. Its a single bulb inside the anus piles. Earlier before taking the medicine it never happened like this. Please suggest some medicines.
