I often suffers from vit. D deficiency due to which I have severe pain at my lower back which is treatable by taking vit. D capsule, calcium supplement and muscle relaxant medicine. However, after 2-3 months the problem come up again. Is there any permanent solution or I have to take medicine every time.

Avoid forward bending, avoid lifting of heavy weights. Don't sleep on soft mattresses. Don't sit in one posture for long periods. Do backstrentheing exercises with help of some good physiotherapist. Plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables. If still no improvement get your self examined to get proper diagnosis.
