I had unprotected sex with my bf and I took unwanted 72 within 6 hours of having sex. I smoked a cigarette before taking the pill and then stopped and resumed smoking 4 days after taking the pill as I am a smoker. Will this reduce the effect of pill? Is there any chance of pregnancy? Please let me know. Will be really helpful.

It's good you took pill within 6 hours, it will not let you being impregnated. But be assure it is going to leave a side effect. The number of pills you use increases and tour chances of getting pregnant goes down after your marriage. May lead to hormonal imbalances also. Hope you understand.
