Hello, I am from Bangalore, I have pathologic phimosis ,I think it's been an year since I had it. I am now 18 and I masturbate like once a week. I have been doing some stretching from the past month but I feel it's still tight, my foreskin has an opening of the size of a pen cap. I am not able to have a complete hard erection as the foreskin stops my penis from expanding. Can you please give me some advice on what I should do? As I am worried and lot of thoughts are crossing my head. The thought of surgery makes me afraid. Will I have any problem in the future ,if left untreated?
