Hi Doctor, My wife has conceived with twins, but the doctor said that as per the ultrasound report one of the foods is showing heart beat whereas the other hasn't and have advised us to come after 1 week again to do the ultrasound. Please suggest if we are in the right path or are we misleaded. Is it healthy. Various queries are there like is to good to continue with the pregnancy.

You can continue with the pregnancy, the fetus which has heart beat will continue growing normally, the fetus without heart beat will stop growing. The healthy fetus will not be affected, it will grow normally.
