Hello lybrate-user, if you have taken azithral with a gap of at least 2 hr before and after a meal then and then it should work because this drug interact with food. Otherwise if you have no burning and redness in throat and no pain while you swallow something. Then you donot have to worry. If symptoms are still there then please consult privately. Regards.
