I have the medical condition of sinusitis which lead to post nasal drip with thick mucus when I chew something hard like meat or something I get pain in the cheeks and at present I have joined fitness training where the intensity will be high so Initially I got a pain on the righside of the stomach below the ribs and then I got a head ache on the crown. Is it anything serious I'm bit worried.
