Hello lybrate-user. Try to avoid oily spicy, junk and nonveg food for some times. Do exercise daily. Drink plenty of water. Always drink water half an hour after eating food. Before going to sleep at night drink luke warm. And in morning Drink 1 glass luke warm water in empty stomach. Try to eat fruit or dry fruit or anything in every 2-3 hours (donot make your stomach empty. Usually water intake becomes less in winter and physical exercise also less so this problem happens.
