Try having complex carbohydrates like oats, muesli in the morning. Try to have lot of fruits (except mango, banana, sapota). Pineapple is great is reducing fat. Avoid fatty, fried foods and processed foods. After waing up take either aloe vera juice/ wheatgrass juice which helps in weight reduction. Whenever feeling hungry try to have cucumber and water. Avoid, carrots, potato.
