Hi, I'm a 29 year old male. 6 ft. 260 lbs. I've noticed a clear rectal secretion whenever I am sexually aroused. It's been happening consistently for the past 2 years or so and it doesn't have to be during intercourse. I am heterosexual. It doesn't itch and it's fairly odorless considering where it's coming from but the amount is considerable enough to leave a vertical streak on the back of my underwear if I was lying on my back. I've also noticed that during the past year or so the same secretion ends up happening if I suppress an urge to go to the bathroom, whether for #1 or #2. Some bits that may or not be relevant: I usually go every other day with no pain, no difficulty but for as long as I can remember, there's almost always a trace of blood when I wipe. Again, no pain. I don't have a problem with stomachaches, diarrhea or constipation, and my stool is usually solid and tubular in shape. Last time I had tests done everything was normal except for predictably my a1c which was borderline and vitamin D deficiency. I am not under any medication except for an OTC vitamin D and a topical cream for psoriasis. Thank you for your response!
