I am now 31 years old. I am a mania patients. I had my first manic episode at my 19th. I had 3 relapsed episodes m n still on medications. Im taking 3 medicines now Solo dt Licab xl And Nedol 5 Sir wat advice would you give me n how long (life expectancy) will I live.

Your life expectancy will remain same as a normal person if your bipolar Disorder remains stable. I could only understand about Licab xl, I could not understand the slt in other two medications. Along with few medications if you follow below tips you can remain stable throughout your life - Keep your routine fixed (sleep, food time) Take atleast 6-7 hrs minimum sleep every night Stay away from extreme happy and sorrow atmosphere Take proper medicine as prescribed by a experienced psychiatrist. Take care.
