I am medical student. I am vegetarian. I want to ask which vitamin supplement I include. My diet is lunch-1 sabji+3 chapati only breakfast-1paratha+1cup tea at evening-tea or coffee. Maggi dinner-dal +3roti/dal rice/vegiipulao plus 1glass milk .im not take sunbath also so what should I do. I am 25-26 year old ht 5'11 weight 70 kg.

Take a multivitamin and multimineral tablets. Like Amway nutrilite daily. As there is no way you can get all these by good alone. Single vitamins are not much of help.
