Am 78 years old female ,case of hypertensive and diabetes mellitus ,I am taking cardace h 5mgm morning And nebistar 5 MGM in night ,BP is normal. I am having allergic cough and spitting of yellow sputum ,my question is why am having such cough, is that due to the Cardace h tablet ?plz answer my question ,thank you.

I think you should go for sputum examination and chest x-ray. ACE inhibitors are sometimes responsible for dry cough but in your case it is wet cough. and yellow sputum is sign of infection.

Cardace can cause cough in 5-7% of patients but its usually dry cough, yellow sputum is more likely to be because of infection, you should see your doctor.
