Hello Doctor, My wife recently got pregnancy positive but unfortunately that was fall due to some urine infection. She is okay now but we found one of the report that sickle cell as follows, "Impression: HB electrophoresis study suggestive of sickle cell heterozygous. Adv. Genetic studies to confirm, counselling and spouse testing" what should we do and where to test it?

Now no need to test. As it should have been done before marriage. Because if you are also heterozygous then there is 25% probability that your kid can have sickle cell anaemia. For details consult your gynaecologist.
